Chay Rao is the Assistant Dean of Strategic Communications & Marketing for the School of Public Affairs at 小蓝视频. He leads a team of marketing and communications professionals managing SPA websites, graphic design, social media, and marketing who develop and implement integrated communications & marketing campaigns that SPA鈥檚 institutional goals and priorities, including graduate student recruitment.
