Guy Ziv Named SIS Scholar-Teacher of the Year 2024-2025
Congratulations to SIS Professor Guy Ziv, who has been named the SIS Scholar-Teacher of the Year for 2024-2025. At an on-campus celebration on April 23, last year's honoree Rachel Sullivan Robinson announced Guy as the winner.聽
Guy聽is an active scholar and beloved teacher. His courses on U.S. foreign policy, U.S.-Israel relations, and Israeli-Palestinian peacemaking are popular and frequently oversubscribed. While regularly teaching six courses a year, Guy has also managed to engage actively with the public as a frequent commentator in top US and Israeli newspapers and on global media outlets, such聽as Al Jazeera, the BBC, and CNN. The quality of Guy's research record is equally impressive, including a steady stream of peer-reviewed articles, two books, and a textbook. Guy's most recent book,聽Netanyahu vs The Generals, was published by Cambridge University Press in 2024.
