Grace Kelly

Grace Kelly is a 2L at 小蓝视频, Washington College of Law. Her interests focus on the intersection of public policy and law, based on her public service career prior to law school. Prior to law school, she served as Senior Advisor in the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce鈥檚 National Telecommunications and Information Administration where she supported the nation鈥檚 governors, mayors, and other state elected officials with the implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law鈥檚 Internet for All program that is working to bring high-speed internet to every American. Previously, she held several roles with the Commonwealth of Virginia鈥檚 Office of the Governor, including Deputy Director for Intergovernmental Affairs, Policy Assistant, and Confidential Assistant to the Governor鈥檚 Counsel. Grace has also worked on Capitol Hill and on several political campaigns. Her international professional experiences include an internship at the 脡cole Militaire in Paris, France where she provided translation services for the Revue D茅fense Nationale, as well as a fellowship with the Gross National Happiness Commission of Bhutan.

She earned her B.A. in History, magna cum laude, for Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. Grace is engaged with several public service and public policy-oriented clubs at Washington College of Law. She is a junior staffer on the Administrative Law Review.
