Lorna听DeRosa听is General Counsel for MAG Aerospace (鈥淢AG鈥), headquartered in Fairfax, VA. MAG Aerospace a leader in defense technology, delivering a full spectrum of multi-domain capabilities, including manned and unmanned aircraft operations, cyber, tactical communications, and artificial intelligence to a diverse set if customers on a global scale.听
At MAG,听Lorna听has oversight over the company鈥檚 legal matters including corporate governance, litigation, mergers and acquisition, employment, and regulatory compliance. In her role as General Counsel,听Lorna听also oversees the Contracts, Procurement, Safety, and Security functions. Prior to joining MAG,听Lorna听spent several years at BAE Systems, largely supporting the contracts organization with Government and commercial contracts management.听
Lorna听is a graduate of Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Leadership Academy, Class of 2021; in 2023, she was recognized as a Corporate Counsel Star by DCA Live, and in early 2024 she was recognized as one of DCA Live鈥檚 Power Women of GovCon.听Lorna听received a B.A., in Business Management and Economics from Clark University in Worcester, MA,听her M.B.A. with a concentration in social change from Clark University, and a J.D. from the 小蓝视频, in Washington, DC.听Lorna听is a resident of Northern Virginia, with her husband Nick and their two children, Olive and Graham. 听听
